All-weather Composite Cladding

Garden Studios

The defining feature of composite-clad garden offices is the composite cladding itself. Crafted from a blend of materials, including wood fibres and plastic, it provides the look and feel of genuine wood while offering exceptional weather resistance. This cladding resists warping, rot, and the need for frequent painting or staining, ensuring minimal maintenance and a long-lasting structure.

A standout feature of composite clad garden offices is their aesthetic appeal. The natural wood grain finish of the cladding creates an elegant and modern design that enhances the overall look that in turn will add value to your property.

BESPOKE GARDEN ROOMS

Planning permission

WILL I NEED PLANNING PERMISSION TO BUILD MY GARDEN ROOM?

A bespoke garden room can often be constructed under permitted development without the need to obtain planning permission. Permitted development states the size and positioning of buildings which can be built without the need for full planning permission. For more information please visit the planning portal website: planningportal.co.uk

We will guide you through this process as much as we can, but we would advise you to read through the information
provided on the planning portal.

Large scale garden rooms or offices that are intended for a particular business use may require you to obtain planning permission. It is very important that you use the local government planning portal for your particular area or seek advice. If you intend to use your garden room as somewhere to sleep in, you will need to adhere to building regulations.

Many people are put off building a bespoke garden room if they need to apply for planning permission. There is no need to worry, many garden room suppliers report a 95% success rate with these applications. Full planning permission does incur a fee and this can differ depending on your local authority. Applications for planning permission can take around eight weeks to be processed.
